1.   Price $3.75 (three dollars and seventy-five cents) per packet.  All are the same price.
 
2.   There is a minimum order of five (5) packets.
 
3.   U.S.A. and Canadian customers please add $3.00 for postage and packing.
 
4.   Overseas customers please add $4.00 for postage and packing, (shipped by Air Mail).
      We cannot send seeds to Australia or New Zealand.
 
5.   The paper catalogue has more extensive descriptions and information and is $2.00.
 
6.   Foreign checks must be drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars,  (payable to Southwestern 
      Native Seeds);  International Money Orders are also acceptable,  (U.S. currency only).
 
7.   We have no facilities for credit cards, no electronic transactions, and no bank transfers,
      nor do we have a phone, fax, or email address.
 
8.   Arizona residents please add 9.1% sales tax.
 
9.   Please designate one or two substitutes in case seeds are sold out.
 
l0.  We sell seeds by the packet only.  Wholesale and bulk sales ended many years ago.

       Ordering from us could hardly be simpler or safer.  We are a mail order business

                                                  MAILING PERIOD
     Each year we announce our current mailing period, which designates precisely
when we will be close to home and available to ship orders promptly.  The reason for
this is that the seeds we need are ripening everywhere all season long, and since there
is a lot of traveling involved often for great distances and only the two of us, we are
often away when seed orders arrive, and some of the resulting delays can be very
long.  For this reason we have set aside a mailing period, when we can be certain we
will be close to home and able to mail the orders promptly.  This may vary from year,
but for guaranteed prompt service you can order during the mailing period, which is:
 
                                          October 1 to November 15, 2012
    
     Our long trips are very necessary though, because we all can benefit enormously
from the seeds we bring back.  But you can order at any time of year, and we will
be open, and the seeds will either be shipped immediately or upon our return from a
trip.  When we're home, we're prompt.
